WordPress Website Implementation

For Clients without a wordpress implementation Donative Offers Free WordPress Hosting to launch Donative Quickly.  The free implementation is only done after the evaluation of clients website. 

Scope of Services

The project is part of the Donative by ManagedOrg initiative to implement the donation platform in a wordpress environment for easy integration of the donative platform to the client’s Website. 

The Designer shall provide the following services to the Client:

• Design and development of a custom WordPress website to host the Donative plugin. 
• Implementation of all necessary features and functionalities to maintain the donative plugin. 
• Hosting of the website on the Designer’s servers
• Ongoing maintenance and updates to the website

Payment

The design, development and the hosting charges of the implementation will be born by Managedorg until ManagedOrg releases a compatible plugin which integrates with the clients website. 

Client Responsibilities

The Client shall provide the Designer with all necessary information and materials to complete the project.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Client shall retain ownership of all content and materials provided to the Designer for use in the project. The Designer shall retain ownership of all design files and intellectual property related to the project.

Warranty and Liability

The Designer warrants that all work performed under this Contract shall be original and free from plagiarism. The Designer shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website.

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NewYork, USA , and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
